Days, nights, waking nights, block bookings or ad-hoc cover. You choose what fits around your life, and we plan ahead where we can.
Support and supervision
A named contact, a full briefing before every placement, and reflective support after difficult shifts. Complex settings deserve real backup.
Training opportunities
Access to mandatory training and specialist development in safeguarding, de-escalation and trauma-informed practice.
We never charge candidates a fee to find work
In line with the Employment Agencies Act and the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations, we will never ask you to pay for work-finding services. If anyone asks you to pay for a placement, that is not us.
