We are a specialist healthcare staffing agency supplying qualified, vetted nurses and carers into children's residential care and behavioural health settings — a staffing partner to the services doing this work, not an operator of homes.
Our story & mission
Our mission is to make sure every child in residential and behavioural health care has access to properly trained, safeguarded staff — especially in the placements hardest to fill.
Every placement we make is guided by fit over speed, safeguarding without compromise, and reliability providers can count on. Our ambition is to become the trusted staffing partner for children's services across the UK.
Our approach to safeguarding and quality
- Safeguarding is the first filter in every decision — if a worker is not right for a setting, we say so rather than fill the gap.
- Enhanced DBS checks, Safer Recruitment and full referencing are completed before a worker is offered to a service.
- NMC registration is verified and re-checked for every registered nurse we supply.
- Workers are briefed on the specific setting, care plan expectations and escalation routes before their first shift.
- We collect feedback after placements and act on it, so quality is monitored rather than assumed.
- Our staff work under the direction and management of your team, with clear lines of accountability.
